We'll transform into what's written on the cards we draw out from the pile, and see who does the better complete change. In some sense, you could call it a forbidden Jutsu. Though I pretty much enjoy doing this. In addition! On the part of the person who loses, for one unit of training, he has to perform the Oiroke no Jutsu [Sexy no Jutsu]. Yes. For one unit of training, he has to perform the Oiroke no Jutsu. GAARA That's probably easy for you but what about me?!... that's how I feel right now. NARUTO You may be right, but hey, it's pretty tough even for me! GAARA Is that so? NARUTO Yes it is. So anyway, Ishida-san, please draw one card out from the pile! Ishida-san, what kind of a person were you during Secondary and High School? GAARA I was very very serious. You would never have imagined that I would develop into a person like /this thing/ you're seeing here now. NARUTO How 'serious' were you? GAARA Anyway, I crammed my head with studies, always handing up my assignments on time. NARUTO Wow, you really were serious. GAARA Ain't that right. NARUTO Very serious. Don't tell me you've never even tried perming your hair or whatnots during High School? GAARA I never did! NARUTO ... you NEVER had a perm before in your life? GAARA Only once... NARUTO Once and only once?! GAARA Yes, only once. And it was a super duper oba-san type perm too. I told myself I'd never do it again! NARUTO I see. Because it doesn't really suit you. GAARA I dropped the perm within the same day. NARUTO Well, but I think it's good to be refreshing like that. I pretty much like that, you see. GAARA Is that so? NARUTO Yes. GAARA Good. NARUTO This guy doesn't put his heart into his praises! GAARA Oh, that's so good!! NARUTO That's disgusting! Anyway, how about explaining your character Gaara a little here? I mean, not explain, but let's ask you questions about him. What... kind of a character do you think Gaara is? GAARA What kind of character? NARUTO When you're voicing him, hmm... I wonder what to say? It's pretty tough, I'd get stuck if you asked me about Naruto too. GAARA Yes, that's right. Well but Gaara... anyway he's... a lonely child no matter how you think about it. Rather than concentrating on that he obviously thinks he should just treat people like a prickly cactus now. NARUTO He /should/ treat people like-?! GAARA I think that part is important to him. So I keep it in mind when I voice him. NARUTO I guess it's because Gaara's become a little difficult to voice in the recent episodes. Well it's not easy doing Naruto either... but Gaara's really difficult. GAARA You know... like, Gaara as a child - man that's challenging! NARUTO Yeah! GAARA Or maybe, we have to change what we say on air now! Like you know, I guess somewhat - what needs to be done has been done so... NARUTO It's been done and, anyway we'll just keep a listening ear for it. I see. We're certainly looking out for it. Gaara now or Gaara as a child, or Gaara who's going to have lots of things happen to him next, everything's done by Ishida-san, right? GAARA Everything. NARUTO That means it'll show us the good parts of Ishida-san, right? GAARA That's right. Or you could say, I've become Gaara myself... NARUTO You've become Gaara yourself? (in the Japanese Hiragana, Ga is written as Ka is, but with double dots above it) NARUTO Yes, he was Kaara, but now he's Gaara. GAARA Gaara. NARUTO So when you voice Gaara, what do you take note of? GAARA Take note of. Take note of? NARUTO Like, that you can't smile when voicing him? GAARA That's true too, but... The part where I become The Real Me... now that's some sense stress.
